What we collect
Only what you enter in the quote request form: name, company, email, phone, collection and delivery locations, shipment details and any notes. Your IP address is logged with the request for security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, arrange the transport. Processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives it
Your data goes to the CDG Route sales team. It may be passed to the carrier or customs representative handling your shipment, strictly as far as needed. It is never sold or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data linked to an order is kept for the statutory retention period for business records.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@cdg-road.com. You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
